This was my dilemma - I wanted to share my experiences with the world through this amazing medium called the internet but I didn`t know how to design my own website, except, at best, to add to the millions of rotten websites out there in cyberspace.

Then my 'dedicated website hosting knight in shining armour' came galloping into my life - SBI. At first I was a tad skeptical about all they claimed about how to design your own website (they were able to prove their claims though - see the SBI tv below). Still, I tried other directions which cost me a lot of money and time and got me nowhere.... "what a plonker" as Dell-Boy would say.

I came back to SBI and decided to take them up on their challenge to "design your own website" - after all there is no risk and I could get my money back. Boy! am I glad I did. I'm making a website that I am really pleased with and earning money from. I have learnt a lot from all the website design tips and help I get from `SBI support` and our very active forum family. I needn't have worried about HTML or CSS as SBI take all that techy stuff out of your hands - as I said earlier.

But if you do use HTML and CSS etc. when you design your own website, then you can - there are many many professional webmasters who use SBI. The website building software and research tools alone (many are unique to SBI and cutting edge) would cost 1000`s if purchased individually.

What has this meant for me? I am able to share my passion for vegetable growing but they also taught me website business development so I could earn money through my website which pays for the website and gives me a growing income. I am also learning new skills (as you will too as you design your own website - these type of skill sets are essential today) and thinking of creating other websites or even creating them for other people - all with SBI's encouragement.

We (I say 'we' because it's like a great big family) also have a great forum which is very very active and I would say a major part of SBI's success. It is populated by 'newbies' and the very experienced webmasters I referred to earlier. When you start to design your own website, these folk are ready and willing to answer any problems or give any website design tips that you may feel you need.
